Do I have to visit you in person?

Not at all. We offer plenty of ways to work remotely - video calls, phone consultations, and connected bank feeds for bookkeeping. Of course, you’re always welcome to drop by the office for a cup of tea if you’d like.

How do you charge for your services?

It depends entirely on your requirements. Our managed service packages are charged monthly and cover a wrap-around service. We also handle one-off projects and year-end work. We’re flexible and will work with you to find the right approach.

Are there hidden fees I should know about?

Absolutely not. We hate hidden fees as much as you do. Our managed service packages cover everything upfront, and we’ll always make sure fees are clear and transparent from the start.

How do I get started?

Can I switch accountants mid-year without disrupting my business?

Yes, you can. We’ll even take care of the transfer for you through a process called professional clearance. With your instruction, we contact your current accountant to request what’s needed for a smooth handover.

I think I’m in trouble with HMRC. Can you help?

Absolutely. That’s what we’re here for. Whatever has or hasn’t been done correctly so far, we’ll advise you, help resolve the issues, and where possible, appeal any penalties on your behalf.

I’m really behind - do I need to catch up first?

When is my year end?
